I built Misfit Heart to be the ultimate comfort zone. No judgement or pressure, just unconditional love and acceptance. Researching up and coming trends, new techniques, and color theory is my obsession. I love to do color/haircut corrections and big transformations. More than anything, I'm proud to provide a safe space and home for fellow misfits to be seen and celebrated.
Katy Santanella she/her
With many years of experience and a serious eye for style, Katy is your go-to for everything from lived in color to soft and polished event styling. Her work has been featured editorially, in film, and on stage. Katy is all about making her clients feel confident, seen, and completely themselves. She's the kind of stylist who turns appointments into hang outs and clients into friends because great hair should always come with good vibes!
Alexina Fregeau she/her
With a passion for bold color and creative expression, Xina brings vibrant energy and artistic flair to every appointment. Specializing in vivid color transformations and lived-in color techniques, she helps clients express their individuality while maintaining effortlessly beautiful, low-maintenance styles. Xina is also known for making hair fun for the little ones! Xina’s patient and upbeat approach makes the experience exciting and stress-free for both kids and parents.
Mel Rousseau they/them
Mel has an eye for any and all hair types and colors! From vivids to lived in color to blonding Mel wants to do it all. They love giving clients an all around unique collaborative experience with a quirky touch. Along with color Mel loves doing all types of haircuts and styles. From clippers cuts to a beautiful blowout! Mel has you covered.
Liv Tessier they/them
Liv specializes in custom color, edgy cuts, chunky highlights and layered looks. Inspired by emo music and bold self-expression, their work is all about creating hair that feels fun, confident and unapologetically you!
